Valgono per Snello Pro e le mance acquistati sul sito per Mac. Gli acquisti su iPhone e iPad avvengono nell'App Store e seguono i termini di Apple.

Cosa compri

• Snello Pro per Mac: 1,99 € IVA inclusa, pagamento unico. Nessun abbonamento, nessun rinnovo.
• Sblocca le funzioni Pro elencate nell'app su Mac. Le funzioni gratuite restano gratuite.
• Mac e iPhone sono acquisti separati: Pro comprato sul sito vale per l'app Mac; su iPhone si compra nell'App Store.
• Mance: importo libero, facoltative, non sbloccano nulla.

Consegna e licenza

Subito dopo il pagamento ricevi una chiave di licenza da incollare in Snello. La licenza è personale, non scade e funziona offline sui tuoi Mac. Se perdi la chiave, puoi fartela rimandare all'email usata per pagare da license.snello-app.com/restore, oppure scrivermi.

Diritto di recesso e rimborsi

Snello Pro è un contenuto digitale consegnato subito. Al momento dell'acquisto accetti espressamente che la consegna avvenga subito e prendi atto che, per legge, perdi così il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni (art. 59, comma 1, lettera o, Codice del Consumo).

In ogni caso, se Snello Pro non ti convince, scrivimi entro 14 giorni dall'acquisto e ti rimborso, senza domande.

Garanzia

Restano validi i tuoi diritti di garanzia legale di conformità per i contenuti digitali (art. 135-octies e seguenti, Codice del Consumo). Snello non cancella i file per sempre: li sposta nel Cestino, da cui puoi ripristinarli finché non lo svuoti. Controlla sempre la pila prima di confermare.

Legge applicabile

Si applica la legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, sono competenti i giudici del luogo in cui risiedi, e restano valide le tutele inderogabili del tuo paese.

Terms of sale

What you buy

• Snello Pro for Mac: €1.99 including VAT, paid once. No subscription, no renewal.
• It unlocks the Pro features listed in the Mac app. Free features stay free.
• Mac and iPhone are separate purchases: Pro bought on the website is for the Mac app; on iPhone it is bought in the App Store.
• Tips: any amount, optional, unlock nothing.

Delivery and license

Right after payment you get a license key to paste into Snello. The license is personal, never expires and works offline on your Macs. If you lose it, get it sent again to the email you paid with at license.snello-app.com/restore, or write to me.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Snello Pro is digital content delivered at once. When you buy, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Either way, if Snello Pro is not for you, write to me within 14 days of purchase and I will refund you, no questions asked.

Warranty

Your statutory conformity rights for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770) still apply. Snello never deletes files for good: it moves them to the Trash, where you can restore them until you empty it. Always check the pile before you confirm.

Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts where you live are competent, and the mandatory protections of your country still apply.
